Care Instructions
- Gently detangle using a wide-tooth comb or your fingers, starting from the ends and working upward.
- Wash with sulfate-free shampoo and a moisturizing conditioner as needed.
- Allow the wig to air dry naturally to help maintain its water wave texture.
- Use a heat protectant before applying any heat styling tools.
- Store the wig on a wig stand or in a satin bag when not in use.
- Avoid excessive heat, harsh chemicals, and excessive brushing, as these may alter the curl pattern.
Return Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all wig sales are final.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
To be eligible for a replacement or exchange:
- The wig must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
- Lace must not be cut, and tags or seals (if applicable) must remain intact.
- Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect color selection, texture preference, or improper care after delivery.
